Election Day in Tunisia

A Carter Center video crew takes you behind the scenes of the Center’s Fall 2019 election observation missions in Tunisia, where citizens went to the polls three times in less than a month to elect a new president and parliament. All three elections went smoothly. Now it’s important for Tunisia to continue to strengthen its democratic institutions and reform its laws to align with its new constitution.
