Advancing Women's Right to Information (Spanish)

Since 1999, The Carter Center has been pioneering ways to advance the right of access to information, helping women improve their lives and those of future generations.

Hear from Laura Neuman, director of the Center's Rule of Law Program, on how The Carter Center is supporting government and civil society partners to help women understand and exercise their right to access information so they can make better decisions for their families and their futures.

Founded in 1982 by former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and former First Lady Rosalynn Carter in partnership with Emory University, The Carter Center is committed to advancing human rights and alleviating unnecessary human suffering. The Center wages peace, fights disease, and builds hope worldwide.
