Carter Center Long-Term Election Observation Team Prepares for Bolivia Elections (Carter Center)

Bolivia's presidential and legislative elections took place on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009. The Center was the only long-term mission in Bolivia, having had observers deployed since August 2009.
