Carter Center Long-Term Election Observation Team Prepares for Bolivia Elections (Carter Center)

This video features Carter Center long-term observers talking about their work in Bolivia and the country's new biometric voter registration process.

Bolivia's presidential and legislative elections took place on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009. The Center was the only long-term mission in Bolivia, having had observers deployed since August 2009.
