On Nov. 20-21, 2014, at The Carter Center in Atlanta, Georgia, former U.S. First Lady and Carter Center Co-Founder Rosalynn Carter brought together mental health leaders, stakeholders, and providers to celebrate the achievements of the behavioral health field over the past 30 years and to look ahead to the future of U.S. mental health and substance abuse policy.
