Jimmy Carter: Reflections on 100 Elections

The Carter Center, a pioneer in the field of election observation, reached a milestone in 2015 when it observed its 100th election. Having witnessed many of these himself, former U.S. President Jimmy Carter reflects on memorable elections of the past and looks ahead to the future of election observation.
