Look behind the scenes and watch highlights of The Carter Center's first ever Google+ Hangout On Air broadcast live on Jan. 17, 2013. President Carter along with Guinea worm experts Dr. Donald R. Hopkins and Ernesto Ruiz-Tiben announced 542 Guinea worm disease cases were reported for 2012 and answered questions from journalists around the world as The Carter Center and partners continue the countdown to eradication.
